Poor Service!! The owner Juan Ponce stood me up three times coming out to my home for an estimate. The last time he said he was on his way and would be at my home in 45 minutes to one hour at the most. He never showed up. When I tried calling him, I couldn't get a hold of him. It was a big waste of my time. Don't use Ponce services. Juan Ponce thinks his time is more valuable than yours. Brian G.

Tressa H., 01/03/2014Edit We have used this tree service and were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They trimmed our pecans and oaks at a very reasonable rate and when they left their wasn't even a stick left in the yard. They did such a great job that 2 of our neighbors also used them for their trees.

A very, very, very large tree limb fell onto the roof of my suv. I called Ponce's because they had emergency tree services listed in their YP ad. The owner came out within an hour and half to estimate the cost of the damages. His team arrived maybe an hour later. They worked expediously, but with care, and caused no futher damage to a smaller car that was also covered by the tree limb. They had the machinery to get the job in a timely manner, and they cleaned the area affected very well.

I Recomment this company they gave me a great price and completed the job at my convenience. Would definately use again.
