Overall considering the setbacks from Covid Agnese & Christopher did a good job taking care of my disability claim. I only spoke with Christopher maybe twice? 1 thing is suggest is that although perhaps you can't give tax advice you could/should give your clients a heads up about how the back payments may affect their tax liability. Especially for a senior who's not used to even filing because some of us don't make a lot of money. Overall a good experience.
