Website never works, app is always down. Locations are dozens of miles away. There’s little to no accessibility. If you have an iPhone, this app is the absolute worst. Used to work back in early 2022 but it now doesn’t. Often the mobile banking tab online has a bunch of bugs that need fixing. Many times logging in I would have to attempt to log in several times. Phone numbers for customer service and changing pin needs to have more prolonged periods of hours of operations.
