FRAUDS. Somehow now owe a $527 bill from 5 months ago at our former address. Called to talk to somebody about it for an explanation, and nobody could explain as to why, and their only responses were “I don’t know.” And legitimately could not tell me anything. On top of that, every single worker there is so hateful, and treat you like an idiot for simply wanting an explanation. I cannot wait to get out of Ponca City, and these sorry “city” workers they have on their staff. Absolutely pathetic and sad.
Been trying to pay electric bill for 6 days. No one will answer phone or return calls. Building locked up every time I’ve been able to go. Website doesn’t let me process payment even tho information is correct

When you can get the billing office to answer they are very nice and quick. However more often then not you will get a voicemail machine.
