When you can get the billing office to answer they are very nice and quick. However more often then not you will get a voicemail machine.
There's a hidden in paper trail in their company my bills have gone from 60 dollars to 300 dollars and I don't even do anything different I just recommend you to sue these people soon as you find out that they're screwing you over on you're electric bill
James at the utility authority is Very helpful. He is very educated on helping us with our billing and all accounting. We appreciate him very much. We call so many times and have such a hard time getting ahold of someone to help.
Every time I call it goes to i manage over 50 properties in ponca city. I leave a message and no one calls me back and I’ve done this for months and I have to go there and wait and it takes hours. It seems like to get anything done. Very disappointed that they don’t have enough people working there that they can’t just pick up the phone and help with questions.
They hold you accountable for your bill especially when your late, the late fees aren't bad at all, people are really nice, and every time I go in I feel welcomed
