Says online that with your utility bill you get 3 free dumps a year but when I brought this up to the lady at the window she just kept asking how I was going to pay and my bill didn't matter.... so I called the utility company to find out what I had gotten wrong. She was very helpful said she would call the manager of the landfill and find out what is going on. And call me back as soon as she knows something.
They let massive city trucks dump but turned me away because of a little rain... awful
Quick and easy
It is the Ponca city landfill so it's a stinky experience, however the employees there are always polite and helpful.
