I've been going to this shop for years, and they have always done impeccable work. They are very customer friendly, and competitively priced. I've never had to deal with any "up sell" techniques; they only suggest work that my vehicle actually needs. Most of all, it's great to go to a mechanic, and not be talked to as if I'm ignorant & incapable of understanding a vehicle repair just because I'm a female. I highly recommend Pon & Rounds.
Pon & Rounds has handled repairs on five of my vehicles over the years. It's always been at a fair price & the work is top quality. My last trip by I was planning on changing out the cat. converter which is quite expensive. But it was in good working order, my performance issue wound up being very minor. A lot of shops would would taken advantage of such a situation, but these folks do not. Just one of the many reasons I go back
I would never ever take anything back to them. After taking my car back several times that did no good. I gave up!!!!Had to take it to a real shop. They seem to think that what they were suppose to put on it, was never put on it. Dilbert really don't know what he is doing, they really need to get rid of him before it really messes up their business.
