Great, prompt, friendly, dependable service as always!
Pomykal was quick to respond to my request for service when i noticed my HVAC unit was not cooling. I waw informed the coil in air handler had small leak resulting in low refrigerant pressure. The part itself will be provided under warranty. The labor rates , the unit is outside the standard labor warranty term, were very reasonable. The repair is expected to be completed sometime next week when the new coil arrives.
This has to be one of the top heating and cooling company in Texas. The customer service is phenomenal! Fast and thorough service from knowledgeable service men. I highly recommend pomykal Heating & Cooling.
They always do such an amazing job! Will always call them first for any HVAC needs. They show up quick and get it done right.
they were very affordable and took time to explain what was going on and even had to go get parts in Austin and didn't charge extra for doing so I will use them every time
