Pomykal was quick to respond to my request for service when i noticed frost on outside unit. I was informed which part needed to be replaced. The part itself was provided under warranty. The labor rates , the unit is outside the standard labor warranty term, were very reasonable. Unit is back on line with happy customer.
Came out on a Saturday evening an fixed my mothers A/C so she was not hot all weekend, made sure I saved their information
This was the second time we’ve had Pomykal Heating & Air out to our house. This was to do a service on our air conditioner before the extremely hot summer temperatures hit. As was true last time, he was prompt and professional and did a very thorough job ! I highly recommend this company!!
