Unfortunately the reason I tried Khealth this time was bc a knee pain but since it seemed to be the result of an injury he suggested to get checked in person and even tried to find me a urgent othopedic clinic near me. Dr Stephan wad very kind and empathetic!
Weird, demeaning tone when talking with patients over K-Health. I felt spoken down to and embarrassed to talk with him about my issues... which is the opposite of how any patient should feel when being cared for. Hopefully I don't get matched with him again at my next visit. I am seeing this is a common theme amongst other reviews here on Google.
I had the most frustrating virtual visit of my entire life with Stefan. I completely relate to the reviewer who said he acted like I was trying to get narcotics, when I was just trying to get a refill of Prozac (non addictive, not used recreationally) which I’ve been taking for 4 years. No health care provider has talked down to me and been as disrespectful as Stefan was. It seemed like he just wanted to scold me.
It couldn't have been easier, and it was quite thorough. In the time it would have taken me to make an appt at my GP, I answer a few questions, then chatted with Stefan, and I was given some options. I've used K Health before and it delivers what it promises.
K health/ Sydney Health is a scam.
