I want to give this practice, especially Dr. Cattiny 5 plus stars. I had a situation where I needed to have my new litter of puppies tails docked. I made an appointment with another vet in North Jersey that I have been going to for many years and right before I was to go in they canceled my appointment and told me that he no longer his docking tails, knowing that I had no other place to go. If you are considering this practice - RUN!!! I say RUN!!! This place is a JOKE and a place filled with unprofessional, rude people. I cant say the doctors are bad but the practice as a whole is the worst!!!! Whats the use of having a Vet who is close to home when they wont accommodate your baby in an emergency?!? DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE FOR EMERGENCY VISIT! Zero zero zero !!!!! I brought my puppy here for an emergency. They brought us to a room and told it wouldn't be that long. When brought to the room, the staff didn't even offer us chairs to sit it (there was none in the room). After an hour my husband went out and asked how much longer and we were told we will be seen in 10-15 minutes.
