Went to this location many times. Last time I came in I found out Jason was no longer at the counter. I decided to go ahead and see how things went anyway. First, the guy Ivan that is there was rude and very disinterested in helping me out. He seemed more interested in helping out the Hispanic guy next in line. Second, the other guy at the counter seemed very inexperienced and more worried about goofing off with the fellow employees tooling around behind the desk.
