fixed my alignment fine but neglected to adjust steering wheel position so my car veered off the road when i held the wheel straight. took it back in to have it fixed and they 'made it right' for free but it took 3 tries to actually get it straight and even after all that i just gave up because it was still slightly off and i was sick of waiting. should have paid for a more reputable shop. Go somewhere else if you have a sports car and car about precise alignment. good grief.

I would not recommend pomps, I went in to have an alignment done and have my tires rotated and balanced. On my way home I noticed my streeing wheel wasn't centered anymore, I called and asked for this to be fixed and was told it is not fixable and that the streeing wheel will have to stay that way. That is false. The drag link has an adjuster nut that recenters the streeing wheel. No one should have to pay $300+ and then have to go home and finish the job.
I went with no apointment to pomp's tire, they fixed my 2 trailer tires leak in no time. Excellent service.
Wow, Today as I was in Ferndale visiting family, I heard a clunk and then horrible noise. I thought it was someone else. It persisted and I realized it was my brakes. After searching for a break shop I looked up and saw POMPs right in front of me. I quickly turned into the shop and popped inside to see if they could help! The girl at the desk listened to my situation and let me know that their tech was gone for the day then gave me name of other shops that I could check with.
