Pomp's has been great to work with. They've done work on my motorhome and replaced tires on my trailer. I am so happy with the service!
After coming in for a simple alignment, the shop neglected to adjust steering wheel position so my car veered off the road when i held the wheel straight. took it back in to have it fixed and they 'made it right' for free but it took 3 tries to actually get it straight and even after all that i just gave up because it was still slightly off and i was sick of waiting. should have paid for a more reputable shop. I always hate to write negative reviews. But, Pomp Tire has now become a company I will no longer do business with. Bought (2) new tires for my trailer from Pomp, because of recommendations. They talked me into a specific tire (OK). Traveled about 10,000 miles and took the trailer in for bearing re-pack at Schwab (Pomp would not do the bearings). One of the tires was really bad on the inside (you could not see it), and was bubbling: it definitely needed to be replaced because it was unsafe. I lost confidence and replaced bot... read more
