The tire for our lawn mower could not be repaired after suffering a flat so they had to order us a new tire. It was a weekend, but it came in on Monday and they quickly got it repaired. When one of my employees went to pick it up, they were extremely rude to him about our tax exempt status and told him the exemption was only $4.00 and it wasn't that big of a deal. My employee did not know that our paperwork was not on file, but he did not need to be treated so rudely.
Pomps tire service is absolutely the best. Prompt response. Always very helpful. Had a tractor down in hay field with a flat. Called and was able to come out in just a couple of hours to get us up and running again. There employees are the best. The gentleman who came out to repair the tire is fantastic. Ordered 2 tires for my truck supposed to be in the next day said they would call me as soon as they came in never heard a word from them so I've had to go to Belle tire and they did exactly what they said they would do.
