These pictures show the inconsistency in what happened. We tried to have the shop take ownership of the mistake, but they continue to claim the scratches were already there. However, the scratches run through the wheel-weight backing tape. Scratches cannot pre-exist underneath tape that was put on. They also sent a picture of the tool used, which is a metal scraper being used on alloy rims. It’s unclear how a tool like that wouldn’t cause exactly the type of scratches now on the wheel. Went in with bad trailer tire got me in right away also they inspected my other tires and found one with bald spots I didn't know about so got that replaced in and out in less than an hour with two tires replaced
