I had some tire issues on the I-5. I pulled into the gas station thinking to get a fix would take at least a couple of hours. Pomps was right next door so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask if they could help me. Jordan, the manager, helped us immediately and we were back on the road in 15 minutes. The place was busy and Jordan was willing to add that to what I'm sure was an ever growing list of things to do. I drove on the fix all day and it seems like my tire is just fine. Thanks for saving the day!
Today was an amazing example of someone changing our path... The 3 musketeers all geared up and headed down to Eugene to get to the Oregon Country Fair... we stopped at Les Schwab like I had been told to do each time to make sure the tire pressure was good and tires were good to adventure... the guy says the tires on the axel were good, but I should look at switching the spare out soon...he didnt know how far Id get on it if need be. I had a tire disintegrating on me on US 97 and somehow on a prayer I made it to Dexter, Oregon. Pomp’s Mechanic showed up and with the lightning speed replaced my trailer tire. It took him ONLY 16 !!!minutes from start to finish +2 more minutes for the paperwork. Amazing people and impeccable service.
I recieved excellent service at the Coburg location. I needed new steer tires on my rig, service manager took the time to help me find my best option, printed out a detailed estimate and had me in and out in a flash. The technician took the time to inspect my rims for any excessive wear or damage and went through the extra time to mount, dismount and remount one tire that didn't balance out quite right which I really appreciate alot.
