My review got deleted weird. Mark and Travis both very unprofessional! All they do is eat inside their office and don't seem to care about customers or techs. Never doing business here again! Take your business some where else.
I had a blow out on one of the hottest days of the year in my companies 550 work truck on I405 about a week ago and Pomp’s saved the day! Juan was awesome! He told me to keep the truck running so I had AC and made sure I had water and even offered me a snack! He had the tires changed out in 30 minutes and I was on my way!
Updating my view. These people are still terrible. When an employee leaves their job, they refuse to pay them their last check. That's OK, L&I is getting a call to report you. This company has gotten much worse since they got a new store manager. They run the guys here ragged and treat them like slaves. There are times these guys get little to no sleep while having to be on call. And then when these employees ask for help they are refused. On average these guys get maybe 3-4 hours of sleep in-between these on call jobs. And ... read more

They did a great job getting a tube in my old tractor tire. I had to wait a day for it, but it was done well at a reasonable price.
