They did a great job getting a tube in my old tractor tire. I had to wait a day for it, but it was done well at a reasonable price.
The store manager does not care about his employees I've seen first hand
Had a great experience with these guys. Walked in randomly and realized they dealt in large tire format primarily. Asked if they would remove four tires from some 15" rims I was trying to keep. They said no problem. Minimal intake, very local feel and happy to give them my dollars versus some mega Corp. I was quoted three times the amount elsewhere and felt it was too expensive. I'll be back!
These people are terrible employers at this location. They'll practically work you to death and if someone files an L&I claim, Pomps supervisors treat that person like garbage. You get written up, verbally talked down to...among other treatment (including taking bonuses away from them and not allowing them to leave work to be seen by a doctor). Then when you take your issues to the district manager, he refuses to deal with it and make it right. Makes a person wonder why they can't keep employees working here. (Jk) This compa... read more
