Very please with the service I received today! Had a tire changed elsewhere to drive 20 miles and hear a terrible noise. The lug nuts were not tightened all the way! Stopped at pomps and they got me right in and no charge. Tried to pay and was told their only concern was us making it home safely! Wonderful place to do service! Will only deal with pomps from now on!
Their prices on tires are ridiculously high. They quoted me over $2,200.00 for a set of 4 20" tires for my pickup truck. And that did not include balancing or new valves. I found a better deal in Cameron, WI for under $1,400.00. As for their oil changes, if you can change the filter and drain the engine yourself, you are far better off doing it than spending $40.00 on just that. They do not look at anything else.
Excellent customer service. Price of tires is also good. Purchased all 4 tires there and they have serviced them without charge every time. Fast and good quality work
We are fairly new to Shawano and didn't know which Mechanics to take our truck. We had went to pomp's for a tire when we first got here. So we gave them a call and they helped us out so much. Great prices, Wonderful Labor Cost and the greatest customer service we ever had anywhere. The best!! From now on Pomps is our place. Thank you so much!!

I had good service with my tail light, it so happen the wrong type of light was in place and I got it changed with no hassle, a very nice person waited on me and off I went. Just because one person has issues doesn't mean its all bad any where u go today your not going to always get the courtesy you deserve.
Had car in night before,Said that they would get to my car,next day,then put others ahead of my car.So,wait til tomorrow!Had been good service up to this.
