These guys have done a good job for me before. However I was irked today- I made an appointment last week for new tires - the woman ordered them and scheduled me after they were supposed to arrive. Drove all the way from Ely for this appointment, the same week as I leave town for a work trip. Guy said “I’ve got bad news. Your tires didn’t arrive this morning.” He did not think to give me a call to reschedule the appointment, or I wouldn’t have driven all this way. These guys are amazing! Very quick! They are very helpful. And in a last minute emergency I needed a rear tire that was about to blow. They was busy and still made the time to get me a tire and put it on my vehicle. So thankful for them! I will always come back here.
Had my car in for new tires. Within 10 minutes of them having the vehicle they informed me they wouldnt be able to put new tires on that day due to my lug nuts being "swollen". Pomp's offered to send me to another mechanic to have them fixed. I took my car and went home and put 20 new lug nuts on, hoping they were being honest. Nope, took less than 10 minutes to take off all my lug nuts. Even the 2 they boogered up at the shop. These people are either 1) incompetent, 2) lazy, or 3) have a kick back scam with this other shop.... read more
I got a bad flat on the way up to International Falls. I got here before they officially opened, and was immediately attended to. Justin did a great job switching out the tire and checking the spare for leaks. They sent me on my way and didn't charge me anything for it.
Truck with plate number YCE 4098 feels the need to go well over the 65mph limit on 53 north and also does not know how to use turn signals.
