Had my car in for new tires. Within 10 minutes of them having the vehicle they informed me they wouldnt be able to put new tires on that day due to my lug nuts being "swollen". Pomp's offered to send me to another mechanic to have them fixed. I took my car and went home and put 20 new lug nuts on, hoping they were being honest. Nope, took less than 10 minutes to take off all my lug nuts. Even the 2 they boogered up at the shop. These people are either 1) incompetent, 2) lazy, or 3) have a kick back scam with this other shop.... read more
I got a bad flat on the way up to International Falls. I got here before they officially opened, and was immediately attended to. Justin did a great job switching out the tire and checking the spare for leaks. They sent me on my way and didn't charge me anything for it.
Truck with plate number YCE 4098 feels the need to go well over the 65mph limit on 53 north and also does not know how to use turn signals.
Customer service and making it right is ACE!! The superior store put my in a pickle didnt order my set said pretty told me myonline appointment email verification didn't exsist. Ken @ Virginia took care of me of immediately he found me the exact tires in a different brand got me in for a next day appointment. Ashley apologized for her partner store's. I was at my wits end with trying to get a tube to fit in my old backhoe tire to no success. Pomp’s was very prompt and did a fantastic job at putting a tube in for me. If I blow one of the other big tires on my tractor, I know where I’m going!
