I made an appointment to changed all my 4 tires with them. And everything was good for few days, then one of my tires losing air, we brought in to get checked and everything was good it happened again and again they refused to do much and says the sensor guess what nothing was fixed my low tires light it is still on never goes away unfortunately. I will not bring my car to them again. They are not reliable. Wish could give 0 stars.
We had very short window of time to get our tire repaired before our long drive home, and they were able to get us in to the shop right away after being turned away from 2 other shops. The staff were very friendly and had us on the road within 30 mins.
Pomp’s tire was able to get us in same day when we had unexpected tire issues! Also appreciate they’ll mount a tire from another shop if they don’t have what you need in stock. Service was kind, high quality, and quick! Shoutout Pomp’s!
These guys have done a good job for me before. However I was irked today- I made an appointment last week for new tires - the woman ordered them and scheduled me after they were supposed to arrive. Drove all the way from Ely for this appointment, the same week as I leave town for a work trip. Guy said “I’ve got bad news. These guys are amazing! Very quick! They are very helpful. And in a last minute emergency I needed a rear tire that was about to blow. They was busy and still made the time to get me a tire and put it on my vehicle. So thankful for them! I will always come back here.
