Stood waiting for 20 minutes to be acknowledged apparently they don’t want my business. Won’t be back
We blew a tire on the highway on our truck, didn’t even call anyone for help as we thought we would have managed ok on our own, a driver for Pomp’s happened to be driving by and immediately stopped to offer help. We are very grateful since our spare was flat, and our jack wasn’t quite going to get the truck high enough off the ground. He very quickly helped us get it changed and added air to the tire. We are so thankful for the unexpected help!
I don't know how this shops ratings is so good .Horrible service I waited for six+ hours to get someone . No one showed.The guy told me he was waiting on the storm to pass when it was sunny in Junction city . I would like to see you guys run on a clock and your hours counting down so you might not make it home. Luckily loves roadside got there within my last hours and I made it back . I'd give you zero stars if I could. That Roadside guy lost money friday.
They were very helpful staff was excellent and what I needed and fixed it in a hurry
Fast service in and out in 30 minutes.
