Every experience I have had at Pomp’s has exceeded my expectations! I purchased new tires there last year and have been going to Pomp’s to have my Subaru maintenance done. Everyone is friendly and professional.
I brought in a tire a different tire place said was unrepairable. They fixed the tire no problem. Good service and friendly knowledgeable people.
Zach was AMAZING!!! I realized I had a flat when I got in to Appleton in the middle of the night last night and was dreading dealing with it (baby's first flat tire experience ) but when I called this morning, Zach was super helpful explaining the steps I'd take through towing it there and getting it looked at, and was very patient with me when I asked a lot of clarifying questions, haha. Very satisfied! I volunteered for tornado cleanup in Menasha and Appleton with my truck and dump trailer. I was donating my time and equipment along with many other contractors and business owners. I foresaw eventually we may end up with a flat tire. I called some larger tire companies that couldn't help us. I called Pomps tire on Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton and talked with Zach (the manager).
