Update: These guys stand by their word. They fixed the error listed below and were very courteous.
They did not service my car, but rather entered a service record on my car with the wrong mileage. I have never been to this shop. This put a negative mark on my Carfax history report showing a mileage inconsistency. They need to be more careful in entering data on the cars they service.
