Nick gives a great massage! Great deep tissue technique as well! I felt so relived after our massage session. I often get lower back and neck pain, and Nick worked those muscles well! I felt great the next day! Definitely give him a try!

Was having difficulty recovering from partial knee replacement. Muscles were not cooperating with my progress. I was inclined to try massage therapy to move the process forward. I thankfully found Nick. He thoroughly addressed my situation and went to work. He found the spots that were causing me discomfort and after one session i finally found something to be encouraged about. Nick is amazing. I have had chronic pain from my lower back to my ankle. Nick pin pointed the issues and will continue to work them out.
Frederica did an amazing job with my post op massages. She was super personable and knowledgeable. I felt a lot of relief and less tension in my post op area after each massage. My results improved with every session. She gave great tips for maintaining a good outcome and kept me distracted from my discomfort with lots of humor. I highly recommend her to anyone who is scheduling a cosmetic surgery/procedure!
