I decided to cancel all of my policies with this firm after extremely rude and unprofessional internal emails were accidentally forwarded to me. They did not behave in a professional way and I would not recommend giving them your business. Edit: I have since learned that Pompeo gave me very bad advice regarding what my condo master policy covered and sold me overly expensive and totally unnecessary condo coverage.
