Just went though a 7 month disaster. Ordered a couch and two recliner chairs with oak/leather in January. At the end of February, we were told they could not get the leather. I don't know why it took them so long to find this out, but we chose a different one. We are told ETA of mid to late March. The furniture gets delivered mid April. We look it over and find multiple quality issues such as a stain and bizarre small dent with an upraised spike like a tip of a nail in the wood chair arms, a tear in one of the couch leather ... read more

I have been a customer for over twenty years and purchased about 7 furniture pieces and accessories also. If I ever needed help after purchase, even years afterwards customer support would send an employee to fix it if possible. Aw company and customer support too

We live in an older home and have a cabinet built into a bedroom wall. The bed needed to fit under the cabinet. The salesperson in the showroom was able to advise on a bed that would look great if it was cut down to fit in that space. The bed was trimmed perfectly and proportionately. We are very happy with he outcome and everything looks like it belongs in the space!
