This is my first time staying in this hotel and I’m going to start by saying that the experience was disappointing. The room was nice but the customer service was awful. I was treated unfairly compared with other clients. In a disrespectful manner the manager called my attention several times claiming that I was being loud, (which is not true because I asked the people around me and they were also upset with the manager’s behavior) he asked me to leave the pool when at the time there were orther people talking and drinking. ... read more
