Excellent experience. This was our first dive post certification and they were very attentive to us newbies. They provided a guide on both dives and recommended that we follow her around which worked great.
Best dive shop on the entire Florida East Coast! Everyone is so friendly and professional! From the GM Tony Ernst, the boat captains and all the DM's and guides, I've never saw a better group of people. Safety is the number one concern and having fun is always easy with this great bunch of guys and gals. We drive 5 hours from Tampa just to dive with this shop. #1 best shop in Florida!
The Pompano Dive Center provides the smoothest dive operation in the area. The crew gets the tanks to the boat (which is at the adjoining marina docks) and back. Always a divemaster joins the divers in the water and makes certain everyone has a safe dive; plus they point out fish, turtles, rays, morays, etc., that we might otherwise miss. Outstanding dive operation with top of the line gear. Their customer service is amazing. Big comfortable dive boats on premises and they are never packed. PDC really cares about customer satisfaction.
Had an excellent set of dives on the lady luck today with PDC. The boat had plenty of room and the crew was friendly and professional. The staff in the store was also very helpful. Hope to dive with PDC again soon! 2/19 - returned for 4 more great dives. Staff and crew still excellent.
Pompano Dive Center is my Go To LDS in Pompano Beach. Great personnel, equipment, they bank 32%, and will go out their way to help with anything. Their sister company, Odyssey Dive Charters, is my favorite dive operator in Pompano Beach. You should check them out.
