I do not understand how this business can legitimately have a 5-star rating based on reviews. If you enjoy/appreciate: * completion of work an -entire month- after the "days to repair" date * no updates during the process, and your request for status passed from desk to desk while they all take their vacations * extra time waiting to get your transportation back while they, for increased incremental revenue, order parts that worked perfectly when you dropped off the vehicle (I've got an extra left headlight assembly in my tr... read more

I bought my new/used 2019 Ford Explorer at Pompano Ford. I had an odd issue with my driver door and Pompano Collision Center went above and beyond to solve the issue. They strive to make satisfied customer. Thank you, Henry for your professionalism.
Had my car in for some warranty paint work, Henry the shop manager took great care of me and the car looked brand new when I got it back. Highly recommend.
