Had a problem with an old Moen Valve. Someone helped me buy the tool to properly replace it. Part of the valve was stuck inside the shaft. Could not have fixed the problem without the tool they had and the correct valve. There was a regular customer who was like an angel sent from heaven who verbally walked me thru the job. Perfection. I was in a Bad spot until I walked into this plumbing supply store. Thank you Bud Moore
Got a shower valve Friday for a job Saturday. They sold me this bent valve and they aren't even open Saturday!!!
