ghetto, rundown yet presented and priced as luxury. Due to ongoing construction forget about finding a parking spot, amenities often closed down, “private beach access” consists of a few run down picnic tables and 40 year old grills which iguanas sunbathe and poop on. Building has owed me a refund on a previous lease addendum for 3 years now and ignores any emails, calls or attempts to retrieve refund. Excelente lugar para vacacional muy cerca de la playa en Pompano Beach
Rented during winter 2023 when they started the renovation on the South Tower. Lots of noise, and yet 3 years later they are not done. Plus a lot of cockroaches in the apartment and lots of problems with the laundry system: the machine takes your payment but does not work and the company doesn't take responsibility! For us, it was the worse place ever!
