i have lived here for three years and while i thought i was moving to Paradise, unfortunately i was so very wrong. Our maintenance has doubled in three years with over $170,000 in assessments! With all renovations being done, only one board member lives here full time. Board is unwilling to get second opinions on 50 year recertification, even though we have a past engineer very familiar with the building. The board has been harassing my mother in law. They are scamming all the residents to pay for assessments that are not necessary. If you want to go into debt, then this place is just for you! Not worth the price tag or headache. Stay away!
