They came out because I had an issue with my Raheem water heater which was covered by the warranty the plumber was very professional and very respectful also friendly I had corrected the issue prior to the appointment so in reality the plumber didn't have to fix anything but I let him check it out just incase but again as stated the plumber was very professional and respectful also friendly.
Melanie, who coordinated everything, was extremely helpful and always available to answer my questions throughout the process. She made scheduling and communication very easy. Carlos, the service technician, was professional, efficient, and did a great job with the installation. Everything was handled smoothly and the work was completed with care. I appreciate the professionalism from the whole team!
Jamie had our water heater up and running in no time. He is the nicest and most professional plumber and would highly recommend him and Pompa Plumbing Group. Thank you!
