Agree with earlier comments that Alex is an artist. She really listens and then converts my thin and thinning hair into something that looks thick and well shaped. The time that is taken feels luxurious- l really appreciate not having my hair handled in a rushed manner. The cut and colour continues to look good at home too. Very happy with the experience.
