The management office is subpar at best. They have admitted to lacking communication within their management office. They have no integrity and will keep your security deposit. They stated there was no mold in the apartment and withheld mold test results when we told them that two of the roommates had asthma. They showed no regard to Renter/Landlord California Civil Code as they took about 6 weeks to return out security deposit.
