Super nice woman working the reception window, they are very helpful. Smiles all around professional and polite. They Txt me reminder for my appointment. It’s very clean here and the waiting area is nice. The equipment and rooms are clean and look nice and modern equipment. Very good experience coming here. The Pomona Valley Hospital network in general is very inconvenient and unpractical.One of the examples is how I cannot see my billing history on my portal. They said my out of pocket responsibility on the day of the service, and I asked the front desk twice if it was the final amount and wouldn’t change more than needed. She confirmed it and I paid the amount she said. Later I got a claim notification from my insurance and I paid 140$ more. Terrible experience, let me count the ways: - Did you know that even if this place is in network with your health insurance, because this place is affiliated with a HOSPITAL, your co-insurance and their rates are 5 TIMES higher than if you went to a regular imaging facility. Eg. Diagnostic Medical Group, or United Medical Imaging Healthcare. Save money and go to a regular imaging facility! - appointments are hard to get compared to a regular imaging facility. Im surprised to see all the bad reviews this place has! I honestly had a good experience so far (regarding the bill I won’t know until I get it and like all the reviews say I might get overcharged)! I scheduled an ultrasound at this locations since it was closer to me. As soon as I walked in I noticed their office was nice and clean, the receptionist could be a little more friendly but it was ok.
