I don't know why this place has 2.3 stars. I feel like people always review when they have bad experiences or didn'tget it their way, but not when they are good. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it. The front staff was so nice and welcoming. I forgot my doctor orders because I came from my job and I asked if I could email to them and they said yes which saved me a trip all the way home since I live in riverside county. I went for a CT scan and I was out in less then 10mins. I highly recommend .
Front desk staff was so rude to patients going up to desk..she didn’t want to genuinely help anyone..then she answers the office phone and it was a personal call for a while.. everyone in waiting room could hear..very unprofessional. Pregnancy Ultrasound over stomach was painful very ruff ultrasound tech. Will be going to Pomona location instead.
Horrendous and deceiving business. My fiancé was billed $6000 for one ultrasound and that is with insurance. So sneaky and added an additional test on. Reporting these thieves to better business bureau
Handing a patient an iPad with seven different consent forms five minutes before their appointment is not INFORMED CONSENT UNDER THE LAW NO SURPRISES ACT CALIFORNIA AB 1278 DO NOT PAY THEM!!! you legally can FIGHT and WIN THIS FACILITY USES HOSPITAL BILLING-- YOU WILL BE BILLED THOUSANDS FOR SIMPLE OUTPATIENT PROCEDURES WITH NO INFORMED CONSENT. Call your insurance, file with the no surprises act, file with DMHC. DO NOT PAY.
I never posted any bad reviews, but in this case I will do it for the first time in my life. I post it on Yelp and Google so other people could know that their prices are a few times higher than everywhere else. I needed to make my annual routine thyroid ultrasound and routine screening mammogram. We have moved recently and the radiology where I always made it was too far away.
