The lady Claudia Reveles who answered the phone was super rude. I asked to schedule a sleep study she said “we dont just schedule those” rudely.. I said “okay..? So how do I get a sleep study done?” She snapped “you need a consultation” “Okay.. can I schedule a consultation then?” She literally said “we dont just schedule consultations “ ??!!?? Okay??? They canceled 1 hour before my appointment as if my day and time was of no value.
If only they’d pick up the phone.
I have been here multiple times and its been a great experience. Dr Mathew helped me out when I really needed it and he was as clutch as can be. I greatly appreciate the staff as well as Dr Abanazur, I probably mis spelled that but they're all awesome.
Excellent. Great experience. Would highly recommend for Sleep Study!
