Pomona Valley Home Care has the best nurses! They are very caring and well trained. My mother received the best care from all the staff. I give this agency a 5 star rating for outstanding care.
The staff were all very kind and friendly, Nurses are very professional. My father was recently a patient and had wonderful care. There physical therapist are very professional and above all were very patient with my father. I will definitely use pomona valley home care again
This is one of the worst agencies I have ever encountered. The nurses do not communicate with each other or the patients. I realized all they care about is receiving a paycheck. The head of the agency does not know what's going on with his nurses or his company. The new nurses do not recieve any training and are just put in the field without ever knowing about their patients background or history. I would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for a healthcare agency for their family.
