Great doctors, but some schedulers are completely rude. This one lady talked over me, didn't listen to my explanation of the issue and its resolution, and were rude the entire time, not letting me speak. She talk to me as if I was an idiot.
Extremely poor customer service with poor communication skills.
Dr. Deanda is great. I have been going to him for 20 years. He was at Pomona Valley, then in Chino hills and moved to LA Verne ( still is a part of Pomona Valley) and if he were to move to a different location, I would follow. He is a doctor whom cares, listens and truthful. A blessing in a white doctor's jacket. Irene A.
