It has been years since I had my last dental visit and I was super nervous about getting an exam done. Luckily the entire staff from the front desk to the assistants made my visit so comforting. Dr. Le explained my treatment plan thoroughly, listened to my concerns and was accommodating to my anxiety for treatment. It is nice to finally have a dental home that is so welcoming and caring.
I went here after being recommended by my orthodontist. The first thing I noticed was they have tvs on the ceiling and directly in front of you, and they play movies from the time you enter until you leave, even while the dentist is evaluating you. This is problematic because it creates a very distracting environment where it’s hard to speak to them and easy for them not to give you clear explanations for what’s going on in your mouth. It’s very uncomfortable that they ask for the co-pay payment in the middle of the dental procedure. They should have asked during check-in or waited until the end.
Awesome staff!! Dr. Lilly was amazing I was afraid my daughter was gonna cry due to her needing treatment but Dr. Lilly went out her way. Giselle did awesome with her assistant skills with for my daughter to feel safe. My son also had treatment and he said he loved the way they worked smooth and fast. Thank you Pomona Dental we will definitely be returning and referring people.
