Got Mikes name from a Mercedes group I am in, and another member said he was willing to go the extra mile to get lock tumblers made to fit the existing key the car came with. I was unable to get any one in my area to do that. Mike got all the information and was able to get the correct part in a timely manner. As a former shop owner myself I was impressed with Mike’s professionalism, and I bet he goes about all his jobs this way. Thanks again Mike!
Mike is the absolute BEST. If you have a Mercedes and you've had work on it, you know how much of a PITA the whole process can be. After multiple trips to the stealership, Mike quickly and easily fixed an issue I'd had for years during routine maintenance. Months later, when I really thought it was OVER for my car, Mike literally tightened a few bolts and sent me on my way. Long story short: I'll always drive Mercedes now because they're fantastic cars AND MOSTLY because I have a guy I trust to maintain them.
Mike has done a great job taking care of my husband’s Mercedes for a few years, and now my car. He is honest, hard working, and great to work with. I highly recommend seeing Mike if you need service!
I met Mike by chance while online shopping for a Mercedes oil filter and noticed he was from Downingtown. So i figured I'd give him the business since he was somewhat local. After that he became my ML350 mechanic while employed at Mercedes of West Chester. He performed a lot of this work either in his driveway or he'd meet me somewhere in between his house and mine. I’ve known Mike for a few years now from working at Mercedes Benz, West Chester. And he has been such a huge help when the good ole Benz needs to visit the shop. He’s very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to this. Not once has Mike ever tried to run my pockets, sell me something, or lie to me when it comes too repairs. He’s honestly the reason i’m still driving my older Benz today, between him helping keeping it in top shape & some better prices than going to the actual dealership.
