Got Mikes name from a Mercedes group I am in, and another member said he was willing to go the extra mile to get lock tumblers made to fit the existing key the car came with. I was unable to get any one in my area to do that. Mike got all the information and was able to get the correct part in a timely manner. As a former shop owner myself I was impressed with Mike’s professionalism, and I bet he goes about all his jobs this way. Thanks again Mike!
Mike is the absolute BEST. If you have a Mercedes and you've had work on it, you know how much of a PITA the whole process can be. After multiple trips to the stealership, Mike quickly and easily fixed an issue I'd had for years during routine maintenance. Months later, when I really thought it was OVER for my car, Mike literally tightened a few bolts and sent me on my way. Long story short: I'll always drive Mercedes now because they're fantastic cars AND MOSTLY because I have a guy I trust to maintain them.
Mike has done a great job taking care of my husband’s Mercedes for a few years, and now my car. He is honest, hard working, and great to work with. I highly recommend seeing Mike if you need service!
I met Mike by chance while online shopping for a Mercedes oil filter and noticed he was from Downingtown. So i figured I'd give him the business since he was somewhat local.
