Vicky always makes my day whenever I come in. Her customer service skills are unmatched, and she consistently creates such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. She’s attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The food is always great, but Vicky is a huge reason I keep coming back.
Watery cappuccino. Ridiculously overpriced. No great immediate seating (other than the hotel). To go only. Pastries look OK but like 50% more than what I would pay at competitors. Not impressed
#뉴욕 #NewYork #POMME_Palais "없는게 없는 작은 가게" 뉴욕의 롯데뉴욕팰리스는 위치상 뉴욕맨하탄을 구경하기 좋다. 이곳에 꽤나 편리한 만물상이 하나 있는데 그 가게가 POMME다. 커피부터 아침메뉴가 없는 것이 없고 편의점 처럼 호텔 투숙객이 필요한 먹거리들을 제공한다. 커피가 참 맛있었는데, 심지어 아침브리또까지 방대한 양의 계란을 포함해 풍성하고 맛있다. 좋은 가격으로 뉴욕의 아침을 시작할 수 있는 곳이 참 많은데, 이 곳도 그런 곳 중에 한 곳이고 특히나 롯데호텔에 투숙하는 분들에게는 스타벅스보다 좋은 옵션이다.
