It was okay; not the best coffee shop I have been to, but not the worst. Walking in, I could have sworn I heard a manager and a worker make a comment about my friends and me regarding whether we would buy anything. In case I misheard, I ignored it, as I still wanted to try. Nothing to write home about. The regular coffee tastes as if it has been sitting there. The espresso is not the best. If you are looking for a grab-n-go coffee place, a bit overpriced but not bad. If you are expecting a cafe/lounge in a 5 star hotel, avoid here.
Vicky always makes my day whenever I come in. Her customer service skills are unmatched, and she consistently creates such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. She’s attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The food is always great, but Vicky is a huge reason I keep coming back.
Watery cappuccino. Ridiculously overpriced. No great immediate seating (other than the hotel). To go only. Pastries look OK but like 50% more than what I would pay at competitors. Not impressed
