ive been going to pomme store for the last 20 years. today i was refused to redeem my points because my first name from my driver license didnt match first name they have on record. yet pomme store employees were the people who register me according to my ID.to make their mess more ridiculous few minutes before i was denied my points different employee redeemed some of my points without any problem.what a disappointment after being customer for almost 20 years.skinny dumbo you suck
