The best dentist in Chelmsford! I am terrified of the dentist and whenever I go everyone is so lovely and friendly - the reception staff are incredible, my dentist James always puts me at ease, the dental nurses are amazing, and the hygienist is exceptional. I had an appointment recently and my anxiety was sky high so I called in tears. Quoted me over £150 for a hygienist appointment! I phoned up another dentist and it was £58. Tried to tell me it was in depth and an hour long etc etc. I just wanted my teeth cleaned, not my wallet gouged.
Transfered over to Pomfret & Farrell Dental in 2020. Teeth were in a poor state but thanks to Simon and the team and 4 years later they are doing better. All staff are polite and friendly and only a call away if you need help and advice thank you.
A warm welcome always awaits you here. Staff are very helpful and nothing to much trouble, If you phone requiring an urgent appointment they will go out of their to get you one. Sitting in the Dentist chair you are made to fill at ease, quality care is 100%
