My experience with Bill Pomeroy during a potential home purchase in Cortland was extremely disappointing. After a failed home inspection, I decided to walk away from the deal before a final contract was ever signed and well before any closing date. Called and asked if the attorney is familiar with a specific type of real estate transaction. Receptionists tells me yes. And I schedule and appointment with the attorney Being under the assumption that he knew what I was looking to do. Come to find out he has no idea what I’m looking to do, never heard it before and proceeds to tell me that I should not do the transaction that way for 45 minutes.
