Be sure you have the luck that you don’t get a box with a single piece of missing puzzle. Their replacement is a complete fraudulence. Agreed to post a replacement but never actually dispatch. Chased by e-mails over and over for almost a month. No updates, no replies, at all. After chasing persistently for some time they replied they would follow up. What's at the end? I bought a Pomegranate puzzle from a gaming store last year, and just recently put it together. The puzzle was of very high quality - there was very little "dust" when I first poured all the pieces out of the bag, the pieces fit together very well, the satin finish on the pieces made it easy to see the details and felt so smooth when the puzzle was completed.
