I had a fantastic experience at this store today! When I called earlier to inquire about a product, Alex provided excellent service—she was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to get me all the information I needed. It's rare to find such great service, especially in Brampton. I also compared prices with a competitor, and the exact product was $50-$60 cheaper at Pomer. Highly recommend!
