Highly disappointing administrative experience. 18 months after my visit, I received an unexpected bill. When I asked for clarification and self-pay options, they completely ignored my questions, responding only with a payment link and collection threats. Poor practice.
I can’t recommend POMA enough. We were at another fertility clinic (SRM) for a long time but when they raised prices and multiple IUI attempts failed and we never met a real doctor in person…we switched to POMA and I’m so thankful we did. The care was thoughtful, they are using the latest technology and we were able to get pregnant after our first IUI attempt. Even though you communicate mostly with the Kirkland clinic through the process, as a Bellingham resident I was very greatful to not have to drive down to Kirkland for all our appointments. The staff here is very friendly and the environment is calm and welcoming. If you need paperwork for you job definitely just bring it to your appointment instead of back and with the Kirkland office over email. Happy to say our first transfer was successful, we are 24 weeks along and baby looks healthy all around!
POMA gave us our first baby via IVF after 5 years of TTC. The staff in bellingham were caring, knowledgeable, and helped me feel confident during a really hard process full of unknowns. So grateful to this clinic for helping us start our little family!
