POM Plumbing did a wonderful job! From the person I spoke with on the phone, John, to the plumber who came to my condo, also named John. The whole experience was as painless as possible. They both were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. John the plumber was patient with my many questions and made sure that everything worked well. I could tell that he liked his job and was very trustworthy. I highly recommend POM Plumbing!

I have used POM plumbing twice for two separate problems. I live in a semi luxury building in North York. The building unfortunately has some plumbing issues due to aging. Both times I was very satisfied with the skills and efficiency of the staff (Alex and Vitaly). They were polite and explained the issue and left the place spotless after completing their job. Keep up the good work team.

The building management hired this plumbing company to investigate a water issue in the building. In their report, they accused my unit of causing the problem without providing any solid proof. The entire report was based on assumptions, not clear findings or proper evidence. There was no definitive explanation or technical confirmation showing that my unit was the source. Nazarii recently helped me fix four or five plumbing issues in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He was fast, efficient, and very professional. Not only did he complete everything with great quality, but he also cleaned up the entire work area afterward, which I really appreciated — very thoughtful and respectful.
