These guys don’t look where they are going! Almost ran me over in a pickup truck with their business logo all over it.
I had an appointment scheduled with Pom Plumbing for a camera inspection more than a week in advance. I was given a noon to 4pm arrival window for the plumber, but no one showed up. Moreover, a technician called after 5pm and said he just received the job 30 minutes prior to calling. No one was at the office to even answer the phone. This is very unprofessional. Stay away!!!
UPDATE: I really wish you could get it that it is not about the financial responsibility. It is about communication. I even provided solutions and transparency for the customer. I have also learned that our people turned off the riser so great that I got to call you out for overbilling for the $400. So I guess I should thank you because if it wasn't for the surprise invoice, I wouldn't have caught that I wish I could leave a minus rating. The plumbers themselves are awesome. Tom, a plumber from this company, did some work for me this morning. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and when he had finished he left my place spotless. I am delighted with the work that was done.
