This place is downright awful!!! I was less than 15 minutes late because of the rain with one person ahead of me, and now I've been sitting here for over an hour after she's been finished. They took forever to get feedback from my insurance, so I ended up calling my insurance myself, while waiting, only to find out they haven't received their request.
