terrible customer service....salesperson came out and quoted a price, then sent an additional bill saying she made a mistake doing the estimate...a $500 mistake. Then she had measured wrong and we did not have the right supplies to complete our project so we had to get additional materials....another $500. So the price that is quoted will NOT be the price you pay. And her excuse is people make mistakes. Their way of correcting it is discounting one piece that was barely a portion of what we were overcharged.
We had Polyvinyl Sales install a privacy fence and a pergola. The pergola (and fence) were in one of their t.v. ads. This past spring I called to get ideas around our patio. Never heard back so I called again and was told the salesman "was busy". To this date we have not heard back from anyone!
