I have had a great experience with Poly Tech from start to finish. The office staff is wonderful. The three installers, Tyler, Jordan and Brian were absoutely amazing. Tyler is the Lead Person and he upon arrival introduced himself and explained the whole process before even starting the project, which was very informative. Anthony, Joseph and Brian did a fantastic job prepping and re-coating our front patio. And Kortney was very friendly and helpful when we called.
Three years ago POLYTEK of Redding resurfaced our garage floor. After three years it just like new. We were so impressed that we had them do our patio floor. I must say that it made the patio look as if it were an extension of the house. I want to thank the entire POLYTEK team. But specifically Tyler and Jordan who were friendly, and hard workers who made sure that we were pleased with the job before they left. did an excellent job.
On August 7th and 8th, we had your company prep and install a coating of Polytek material around our pool area. There gentlemen arrived early on the morning of 7 August. These men were extremely professional in this installation. Not only did they have pride in themselves and of their company. They also had pride of their product. We had Polytek of Redding do the floors in both our garage and shop, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From Trevor, who came out with a quote and explained the process, to the office staff, to Tyler and Jordan, who were fantastic installers —professional, friendly, and very communicative. Their attention to detail really shows, and the floors look amazing—clean, durable, and a huge upgrade. If you’re considering poly flooring, we highly recommend this team.
