I was sent to Polyone at 245 address. Now it is called Avient, and all shipping/receiving is at 225 address. After you check in, you back into the dock, chock the wheels, and then go back inside with your keys. You stay there right besude them until you're unloaded. Weird and dangerous for the driver, but at least they are quick.
