The office staff are completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. They treat people as if they are beneath them and show little to no concern for helping anyone. Their arrogance is unbelievable, and their behavior reflects very poorly on this office. There are two older women working here whose attitude toward visitors is unacceptable. I sincerely hope others do not have to experience the same treatment I received. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

I missed my appointment because of a breakdown, the next available appointment is in 6 days for a half-trailer that took 15 min to load it

1 Star – Absolute Waste of a Driver’s Time Waited 4 HOURS to load HALF A TRAILER. No urgency. No communication. No respect for a driver’s time. This place clearly doesn’t value truckers or understand how the industry works. Detention like this hurts our schedules, our pay, and our families. A simple, small load should never take half a day. If you care about efficiency, professionalism, or basic respect—avoid this shipper.
